Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentNowa at agentnowa.top. These Terms of Service govern the provision of legal services for real estate professionals, as well as digital courses and goods offered by AgentNowa in 2025.

1. Scope of Services

AgentNowa offers professional consultation and legal guidance related to property transactions, documentation review, contract drafting and compliance support for clients in the real estate sector. Our digital courses provide educational materials tailored to licensed agents. Physical goods include printed legal templates and training manuals.

2. Service Engagement

To engage our legal services, a client must complete the intake form located through our contact form. Service fees are due upon booking. Consultation sessions may be conducted online or in person at our office.

3. Digital Product Access

Upon full payment for a digital course or downloadable legal toolkit, clients receive access credentials and download links. Access remains valid for 365 days from date of issue.

4. Goods Delivery

Purchased printed materials are shipped within seven business days to the address provided at purchase. Shipping fees may apply based on location.

5. Refund Policy

AgentNowa maintains a clear refund and rescheduling framework to ensure client satisfaction.

5.1 Legal Services

Clients may request cancellation or adjustment of scheduled consultation sessions at least 48 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a full reimbursement of fees paid. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before commencement will not qualify for a reimbursement due to preparatory work and resource allocation. Clients may reschedule a consultation once without penalty if made at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Digital Products

Clients may request a reimbursement for digital courses or downloadable toolkits within seven days of purchase, provided that fewer than 50 percent of the content modules have been accessed or downloaded. Approved reimbursements will be credited via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. No reimbursements are available after the seven-day period due to the nature of non-retrievable digital content.

5.3 Goods

For printed legal templates and training materials, clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of delivery if the goods are unopened and in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs to ship back the items. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment channel within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods sent back.

6. No-Refund Service Package

Certain bespoke offerings, such as the Premium Consultation Package, are non-refundable due to the custom analysis and preparatory research required to deliver tailored legal solutions. This policy ensures that resources allocated cannot be reallocated to other clients.

7. Changes to Terms

AgentNowa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or through a notice on agentnowa.top at least 30 days before updates become effective.
